Ingredients

Banana, 3 medium over-ripe
Devil's Food Cake Mix-whole box dry
Egg, 3 large
Water 1/3 cup
Butter Extract 1 tsp
Icing:
Unsweetened Baking Chocolate, 2 oz
Milk, 1/4 cup
Salt, 1/4 tsp
Sugar, 2 cup
Margarine, 2 tbsp
Directions
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix banana, water and egg until smooth. add butter extract and cake mix and blend thoroughly. Pour into 2 greased 9 inch cake pans and bake for 25 min. Let cool completely.
For icing:
In a 2 quart saucepan melt butter, sugar, milk, salt, and baking chocolate on low. Stir until it begins to bubble. Then set timer for 60 seconds without stirring. Remove from heat and beat with an electric mixer until thick enough to stand on its own. Ice cake and serve.
