Ingredients

1lb ground beef
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup non-fat milk
1/2 cup uncooked white rice
1 cup italian style bread crumbs
2 cups water
1 -24oz jar of your favorite pasta sauce or tomato soup
Tips
If you like a lot of sauce, double the sauce and water ingredients.
Directions
Mix the first 7 ingredients and shape into meatballs with an ice cream scoop or your hands.
Place in a single layer in your crockpot
Mix the water and sauce together and pour over the meatballs
Cover the crockpot & Cook on low for 7-8 hours or until meatballs are cooked through. The bigger the meatballs the longer cooking time you'll need.
