Ingredients

    2c Cashew Nuts
    2c Walnuts
    1c Pumpkin Seeds
    1c Coconut
    1c Cranberries
    1 Large Egg White
    2 tb water
    3 tb Grapeseed Oil
    1/3c Maple Syrup
    1 ts Vanilla Extract
    .25c Whole Chia Seeds
    .25c Flax Seed
    2/3c Protein Powder (SunWarrior) Warrior Blend Natural

Directions

Preheat oven to 300
line pan with parchment paper
Add nuts to food processor and grind to still chunky
add chia, flax, coconut, and cranberries
whisk the egg and water
mix in rest of ingredients
add dry to wet
spread in pan
cook for 20 minutes
stir
cook for 20 more minutes
