Introduction
Place all ingredients into your food processor and mix until all the chickpeas are smooth. You may need a bit of water if the mix is too thick. Roll into 1 inch balls and bake in the oven at 350 until slightly brown. Great over fresh greens and cashew cream dressing. 2 cups Chickpeas
4 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) spinach (frozen used)
1 lemon (fresh squeezed)
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp Cumin
2 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp dill weed (dried)
Tips
These can be frozen for future use, but they never usually last that long~!
Directions
These can be enjoyed as is, or baked in a preheated oven at 350 until slightly brown. Let cool slightly before taking a bite as they are quite hot inside.
