    1/4 purple cabbage
    1/2 green cabbage
    5 Radishes
    1 small zucchini
    2 Granny Smith Apples
    Juice of 1 Meyers Lemon

Directions

Grate all vegetables. Grate apples and mix with the juice of one Meyers lemon. Mix everything together.
