Ingredients

    Heat-up coconut oil. Chop ginger and garlic and cook it for 1 minute. Add onion cook for 1 minute. Add the turmeric, mustard seed, oregano, parley, black pepper and salt. Cook in medium for about 5-7 minutes or until meet is well coked
