Introduction

Ingredients

    Soak 1/2 cup of oats in 1/2 cup coconut water overnight.
    Soak 1 heaped tbspn chia seeds in 1/2 cup coconut water overnight.
    next morning, combine ingredients, add
    I sml raw beetroot
    1/2 cup organic Kefir
    Sml amount of cranberry juice concentrate to taste
    Blend

Tips

Don't put chia seeds in fridge to soak; they solidify in the fridge.
The beetroot imparts a nice sweetness to the smoothie. If desired, omit the cranberry juice.
Add fruit of your choice.


Directions

Soak chia and oats overnight in coconut water.
Kefir can be replaced with Yoghurt.
Use water instead of coconut water if needed.
Use a powerful blender.

Serving Size: makes approx 2 cups
