    1/4 C Brown Rice Vinegar
    1/4 C Filtered Water
    2 carrots (chopped or shredded)
    1 small beet (chopped or shredded)
    1" Ginger (peeled and chopped)
    1 Tbls toasted sesame seeds

    Put everything into a high speed blender (like a Ninja), puree until smooth. Enjoy!
