Ingredients

    Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Oregano, ground, .25 tsp
    Sage, ground, .25 tsp
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup

Directions

Drain the juice from the can (save to moisten the mix if it gets too dry) Mix everything except the oil in a bowl. I guessed at the spice measurements; it's all pretty much to taste! Add saved juice if needed. Form into four patties. Pour oil into a frying pan and heat to medium heat. Place the patties in the pan. Cook on one side a couple minutes or until nicely browned, then flip. Serve with your choice of servings. Delicious!

My kids adore these and gobble them down every time I make them!
