Introduction
This is a very quick meal. The shredded cheese and sour cream are optional. Taco seasoning is to taste and any brand is fine. I found a large container of McCormicks at Costco but I will use just one or two packets of what ever was cheapest if that is what I have on hand. We also serve this with Tortilla chips sometimes. This recipe can be adjusted very easily to make less. The amount that this recipe makes lasts my family of 6 for two days. This is a very quick meal. The shredded cheese and sour cream are optional.
