Ingredients

1 pkg Ground White Turkey (about 20 0z)
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can whole or cut green beans
1 can tomato sauce (12 oz)
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cups instant mashed potatoes or homemade ( I use Hungry Jack brand Instant)
Directions
Brown onion and ground turkey in skillet, add canned tomato sauce, corn and green beans. Transfer to a baking dish. In a separate bowl mix instant mashed potatoes or potatoes from scratch. Dollop potatoes on top of meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 375 Degree oven until cheese and potatoes are golden brown.
