Introduction

Tweaked green smoothie from 10-day cleanse. Tweaked green smoothie from 10-day cleanse.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Cup Water
    1.5 cups spinach
    1/2 medium apple chunked
    1/2 c frozen mango chunks
    1/3 - 1/2 c frozen strawberry
    handful grapes
    sweetner (I use stevia)
    protein powder (I use brown rice protein pwdr)
    ground flaxseed

Tips

This is good with any kind of berry. Can also substitute peach for the mango.


Directions

Combine water and spinach in blender. Blend until smooth.

Combine remaining ingredients with spinach mixture ad blend until sooth.

Serving Size: Makes one serving (approx 1 1/2 cup)
