Introduction

My wife loved chicken fingers but now has to avoid gluten. I made this recipe so she could still enjoy them. My wife loved chicken fingers but now has to avoid gluten. I made this recipe so she could still enjoy them.

Ingredients

    1/8 cup fat free milk
    1/2 a large egg
    20 oz of chicken tenders
    9 tblsp schar brand, gluten free bread crumbs.
    salt and pepper to taste.

Tips

salt and pepper chicken tenders once you place them on the cookie sheet.


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400

Prepare chicken: mix egg and milk. Dip chicken tenders fingers in egg wash, then into breading. pat breading on to chicken, place on cookie sheet.

bake at 400 for 30 minutes. (check for last 10 minutes

Serving Size: makes 4 - 4 oz servings cooked.
