Introduction

Easy scramble for my work days. It's high in protein and veggies with no added carbs! Easy scramble for my work days. It's high in protein and veggies with no added carbs!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Chopped assorted veggies (I like eggplant, mushrooms, peppers and a little onion) and add to heated saute pan.
    Add diced ham, allow to heat.
    Crack 1 egg into the pan and allow to cook for a minute. Scramble the egg into the veggies.
    Right before serving, add cheese.
    Enjoy!
