Ingredients

    1 cup raw almonds
    1 cup raw walnuts
    1/4 cup chia seeds
    1/4 cup flax seeds
    1/2 cup pumpkin seeds


Tips

Place in cuisinart and rough chop. Do not form meal/flour.
I used a hand held chopper

If you don't have flax seeds, flax meal is fine

To be layered with fruit and cashew cream


Directions

Will used a total of 1 cup of the nut mixture per jar
