Introduction

Great energy snack before or after a workout or any time. Great energy snack before or after a workout or any time.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Peanut butter
    2 1/2 T honey
    1/2 quick oats
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds hulled
    1/4 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
    1/4 cup chopped almonds or other nuts
    1/4 cup raisins




Tips

If the mixture is too soft refrigerate for 10 minutes then shape into balls


Directions

In a bowl, mix peanut butter and honey, add oats and seeds, mix well. Add coconut and nuts and raisins, mix well. Using a drop cookie scoop, make balls. Put balls into a sealed container and refrigerate.
