    1 TBSP Chopped Shallot
    2 TBSP Cider Vinegar (or any other vinegar)
    4 TBSP Olive Oil
    2 TBSP Water
    1 tsp mayo
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1 tsp herb such as thyme, tarragon, basil or chive

Directions

chop shallot into small dice
add other ingredients into small jar
shake to mix
