Ingredients

1/2 cup diced ham
1/2 cup shredded Mexican style cheese
1 5.3oz cup of Non Fat Plain Greek yogurt
1 cup cooked broccoli (1 broccoli crown)
1 cup spinach
1/2 small onion
1 small shallot
Tips
You may substitute your choice of cheese and vegetables. I don't use salt, but you may wish to add salt and pepper or other herbs. Calorie count will be different.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Spray round glass pie baking dish with cooking spray (pam) Cook broccoli. Cook onion, shallot, and diced ham slightly in frying pan with cooking spray to soften onion and shallot and give ham some brownness. Combing all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into baking dish. Place on cookie sheet in oven center rack. Bake 45 minutes or until center of dish springs back.
