Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3/4 C Whole Wheat Flour
    1/4 C Oat Bran
    1/4 C Wheat Bran
    (Can sub all oat bran, all wheat bran, even oatmeal)
    2 t sugar
    1/2 t salt
    1/3 C cold butter cut into small pieces
    about 3 T very cold water

Directions

Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture looks like crumbs. Add water in small amounts until dough comes together. Roll out until it fits into a pie plate.

Serving Size: Makes 8 standard pie pieces
