Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    4 cups of sugar
    1 cup of milk
    6 eggs beaten
7 cups of all purpose flour, (I used more like 8-9 cups later to get the right consistency).
1/3 cup of baking POWDER (not soda)
1/2 lb of melted butter (2 sticks)

Tips

To make a glaze frosting mix 2 cups confection sugar, 1/4 tsp anise extract with 5 tbs of milk and 1/8 tsp or less of almond extract. Add food color as desired. Sprinkle with nonpareils mix or white pearls.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine sugar and milk in a large mixing bowl and set aside. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl then combine the sugar and milk mixture. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. (pour making the sign of the cross) in a separate bowl. Now add flour mixture to sugar, milk and egg mixture, and then add melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serving Size: makes tons of Easter cookies. I'll post them all tomorrow.
