Ingredients

    1 lg red onion
    2 boneless chicken breasts
    3 carrots
    2 cloves garlic
    black pepper dash
    1 med. acorn squash cubed
    Ginger to taste
    curry to taste
    2 cups low sodium organic chicken broth
    3 stalk celery
    2 bup red cabbage
    1 orange bell pepper
    classico tomato & basil sauce
    1/2 tbsp. dill weed (dry)
    1 tsp basil dry


Tips

tomato sauce put in at beginning of cooking, tends to toughen the meat, so I added it just in the last 1/2 hour.


Directions

cut up all vegetables and boneless chicken breasts and put in slow cooker.
Add all spices
Add Chicken broth
About 1/2 hour before serving add pasta sauce.

Serving Size: yields 11.5 cups
