    onions
    jalapeno pepper
    chicken broth
    cloves garlic
    frozen mixed veggies
    fresh chives

Directions

melt butter; cook onions; add chicken and peppers; add garlic; stir in veggies; add broth and water; bring to a boil then lower heat, add chives, cover, simmer 1/2 hour; serve
