Ingredients

    1/2 Gallon 2% milk
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/2 C starter (yogurt)

Directions

place 2% milk in microwavable bowl
sprinkle gelatin on top
microwave 10 min, stir with whisk
microwave 5 min more, whisk again
let set 3 hours (till below 100', 90' perfect)
add starter, whisk
incubate 12-16 hours at 100'
whisk set starter aside for next time
refridgerate.
