    the only thing that differs from the above ingredients is that I used Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Flour, 1-to-1. It is already premixed with Xanthan Gum and several starches to promote the gelling of the ingredients while baking. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! That is the job of gluten and we need to replace it in most baked goods, natural starches and Xanthan or Guar Gum do just that.
