Introduction

Fast & easy chicken parmesan, the croutons form a tasty crust. Fast & easy chicken parmesan, the croutons form a tasty crust.

Ingredients

    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    hot red pepper flakes, to taste
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size
    2 cups tomato sauce
    2 tbsp basil
    8 oz mozzarella, shredded
    4 oz Parmesan, grated
    1 (5-oz) package garlic croutons

Directions

Olive oil on the bottom of a casserole dish. Sprinkle garlic and red pepper flakes on top. Lay chicken on top of that. Pour on marinara and spread. Sprinkle herbs (used dried oregano and basic). Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and half of the parmesan cheese. Pour/lay croutons on top. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
