Ingredients

    4 Boneless Pork Chops, Thawed and Chopped
    6 Cups Shredded Cabbage and Carrots (Cole Slaw Blend)
    1 Med. Onion, Coarsely Chopped
    1 1/2 Cup Fresh Snow Peas
    Garlic Powder
    1 1/2 Tsp Curry Powder
    Black Pepper
    1/8 Cup Soy Sauce
    1 Tsp Sesame Oil
    1 Tbsp Zero Calorie Sweetener
    Non-Stick Spray


Directions

Spay an over-safe dish. Layer cabbage and carrot blend, onion, snow peas, and pork chops (in that order.) Mix together all other ingredients and pour evenly over meat and vegetables in baking dish. Cover and bake at 400 F for 45 minutes, or until done.
