Ingredients

2 cups Quaker Oats ( steel cut)
1/2 cup Canadian Protein powder ( I used Cinnabon)
Whisk well
1/2 cup Peanut Butter ( peanuts & salt only)
1/2 cup honey ( from the bees)
1/3 cup Coconut oil ( virgin not processed)
Heat these and mix well. Mix with dry ingredients and adjust texture if need be.
Press into parchment lined 8x8" and press down hard with back
Of large spoon. These are the best and the price is right too!
