Introduction

Easy to make grab and go breakfast for a week!!! Easy to make grab and go breakfast for a week!!!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6 lg eggs
    1 serving (1/2 cup)of my 17 day diet turkey breakfast sausage crumbles or 1/2 cup lean turkey sausage crumbles
    4 TBL spoons Hormel Bacon pieces
    5 ounces fresh baby spinich sautéed in 1 tsp olive oil and 1 clove garlic
    1/4 cup skim milk
    TBL spoon dried onion flakes
    1 package (7oz)of Kraft fat free shreaded cheese..either cheddar or mozzarella or mixture of both
    Pinch of sea salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

Tips

Keep in fridge two to a baggie, reheat for 30 seconds on the go! Better not to freeze...will keep for 7-8 days in fridge
Mix it up with different veggies and meats...yummy


Directions

Preheat oven 350
Spray 10 muffin tins with non stick spray
Saute spinich in tsp olive oil with garlic and pinch of salt
Place in bowl and cool in freezer for 5 minutes
Remove bowl and add eggs
Wisk eggs to scramble
Wisk in other ingredients
Ladle into muffin tins almost to top
Bake 30 minutes
Cool 5 minutes and run thin knife around each to loosen
