Ingredients

    1 CUP CHOPPED ONION
    1/4 CUP CHOPPED BELL PEPPER
    1/2 CUP CHOPPED TOMATO
    2 CUPS RAGU SAUCE
    2 SMALL ZUCCINI PEELED AND SLICED LENGTH WISE
    4 OZ. LEAN GROUND BEEF, BROWNED/CRUMBLED
    2 WEDGES LAUGHING COW SWISS GARLIC LITE
    2/3 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE

Tips

I USED CAVENDERS SEASONING AND GARLIC SALT TO SEASON THE ZUCCINI BEFORE LAYERING THEM.


Directions

SPRAY CASSAROLE DISH WITH NON STICK SPRAY. PUT A LAYER OF ZUCCINI ON BOTTOM, FOLLOWED BY ALL CHOPPED VEGGIES AND CRUMBLED BEEF. CUT BITS OF THE LAUGHING COW CHEESE AND LEAVE LITTLE BITS OF IT ALL OVER, USE 1 C OF SAUCE. PUT ANOTHER LAYER OF ZUCCINI, THE OTHER CUP OF SAUCE AND THE 2/3 CUP OF SHREDDED CHEESE. BAKE AT 400 FOR 35 MIN OR UNTIL TENDER AND MELTED.
