Introduction

This a simple and great base recipe. You an pump it up by adding more veggies or lower the carbs & cals a bit by using less pasta. Super easy to make & a real hit with my fussy hubby. Ingredients

    6oz Daily Chef Mesquite Chicken (2 pieces)
    Fresh steamed thin asparagus spears (about 10)
    1C Prego Light Homestyle Alfredo Sauce
    112g or 2 servings of Ronzoni Smart Taste Penne Rigate Pasta (dry)
    1/2C Fresh Steamed brocolli


Tips

This is great with a piece of garlic bread on the side!


Directions

Cook pasta per directions on box, drain and set aside.

Cut chicken, asparagus and broccoli into bite size pieces.

In a large skillet add sauce to pasta & chicken stir.. add veggies & stir then heat through. Serve immediately.
