    Ingredients:

    *Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz
    Beef bouillon, 4 cube (6 fl oz prepared)
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Canned Diced Tomatoes
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, using only half
    Red Onion Raw (1/2 cup), .50 cup
    Water, tap, 25 fl oz
    Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia)
    *Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)

Directions

Chop your onion, green pepper, garlic, cabbage, and potato. You can either peel your potato or leave the skin on, it's up to you. Cook turkey, onion, green pepper, and garlic until turkey is done. Add water, bouillon, tomatoes, pepper, & parsley. Bring to a simmer and add the chopped cabbage and chopped potato. Cover and cook 20-25 min. until potato and cabbage are done.
