Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Scoop Chai Whey Protein
    OR
    Plant based vanilla Protein and 1/4 cup Chai Tea--brewed
    1 Cup Ice
    1 Cup Milk or Almond milk-- whatever floats your boat
    2 Tbsp Ground Flax w berries (or can do fresh berries)
    2 Tbsp Organic Unsweetened Coconut flakes (lowest sugar)

    This can be Vegan/Vegetarian if you sub the milk and do the plant based protein (I like Vega Sport Performance protein in Vanilla) -- then just double strength the chai for the chai flavor.

    I like to squeeze in a little flax oil for extra good fats!

Tips

Just get creative. Make sure to rinse your blender/ cup right away-- hard to clean if you let it sit :-P


Directions

Take all ingredients and blend...
if it's not chai enough-- make your tea stronger or add more.
