Ingredients

    3 C cabbage, mix of red and green, shredded
    1.5 apples, chopped
    1 C shredded carrots
    3 green onions, chopped
    small handful of cilantro if desired

    For the dressing:
    2 T salad oil (or olive oil)
    2 T apple cider vinegar
    2 T honey
    1 T lime juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash cayenne pepper

Directions

shake dressing ingredients in shaker to mix well. Shred cabbage and carrots. Chop apples and onions. Mix together. Pour dressing over. Let set at least one hour to blend flavors
