Ingredients

    1 1/2 scoops Jarrow Whey Protein Powder - Unflavored
    1 cup frozen whole Blueberries
    1/2 cup fresh Strawberries
    2 packets of Splenda
    1 tbsp ground Cinnamon
    9 oz (just over 1 cup) Organic unsweetened almond milk
    2 tbsp Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

Tips

add ice cubes if you want a more smoothie texture.


Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and use the smoothie button (if your blender has that option) or just blend until it's nice and smooth.
