1 pound Ground Venision
2 cups of water
1 cup Frozen Yellow Corn
2 tsps Chile Powder
1 14.5oz can Stewed Tomatoes, Undrained
1 6.8oz Pkg Spanish rice w/seasonings
Directions
1) Heat oven to 375. Spray 2 qt casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Brown meat in Large skillet over medium high heat until meat is cooked. Drain
2) Stir in all remaining ingredients including seasoning packet from rice, mix well. Bring to a boil. Spoon into sprayed casserole dish. Cover tightly
