Ingredients

    1 lb. turkey breakfast sausage
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    1 6 oz. can mushrooms, chopped
    1 lb. bag frozen broccoli cuts
    4 oz. shredded cheeses
    1 lg. container egg beaters
    spices: 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Tips

If not browned you may want to put under the broiler for a few minutes, but watch carefully.


Directions

Cook- brown and drain turkey sausage and place in a 13x9-inch pan, sprayed with cooking spray. In same fry pan, brown onion, and mushrooms. Adding broccoli after 5 minutes until vegetables are tender but not mushy. Add vegetables to sausage and mix, add cheese and mix again, after add spices. Pour over all a large container of egg substitute and mix gently.
Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
