Ingredients

    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.75 cup (drained) (reserve liquid)
    1/2 Jalapeno Pepper (chopped)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, .5 fl oz
    Cilantro, fresh, 1 tbsp (or desired amount)
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend. Add about half of reserved liquid from chickpeas to mixture for desired consistency.
