Introduction
These are NOT low calorie... But they are delicious. I always make a few in mini-cupcake cups so I can have a bite-size taste while company is given a full ramekin. These are NOT low calorie... Ingredients

2 Sticks unsalted margarine
1&1/2 cups dark brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 cups dairy free semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375.
Cream together margarine & sugars in electric mixer until fluffy and blended well.
Add eggs one at a time and beat until well incorporated.
Add dry ingredients (not chocolate chips) and mix until combined. Do not over-mix at this point.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Put 1/2 cup of batter into each ramekin. Should fill ramekin about 3/4 way up. Place ramekins on baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. They should be just slightly undercooked for best consistency. Top lightly browned.
If desired - top with whipped cream or ice cream (dairy or non-dairy... your choice) and serve warm.
