Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1/4 cup of old fashioned rolled oats (NOT instant oatmeal)
    1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup of Chobani - plain non-fat Greek Yogurt
    1/4 cup of fresh blueberries
    1 packet of Splenda
    dash of cinnamon

Tips

you can use other berries or even add agave nectar instead of the splenda. Just keep in mind, for any other liquid type ingredient you put in, you will have to put less milk so it won't be too soggy. Unless you don't care.

Directions

1. Mash the blueberries at the bottom of a cup or a mason jar. Preferably a mason jar.

2. layer all the other ingredients on top of the blueberries.

3. mix everything with a spoon or if it's in a mason jar, than close it with the cover and shake it until everything is mixed well.

4. place the covered mason jar (or cup) in the refrigerator over night.

5. in the morning, you have your yummy breakfast ready and waiting for you.
