Introduction
Combine flour, baking soda baking powder and .5 tsp of salt in a bowl; use a mixer to blend together eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla and 1 tsp lemon extract and lemon juice in medium bowl; Pour wet ingredients into the dry and blend until smooth; Add oil and mix well;Pour batter into well greased 9 inch loaf pan
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until toothpick come out clean.
Icing:
make lemon icing by combining powdered sugar, milk and 1/2 tsp lemon extract in a small small bowl with electric mixer on low speed.

Cool completely before removing from pan
Frost when cool.
