    25 oz. beef round steak
    2 large onions, sliced
    2 C. sliced mushrooms
    black pepper
    light cooking spray
    lite swiss cheese


Fire up the grill. Slice onions and mushrooms, let stand. Place steak on the grill, using no marinade, only pepper. Once steak has been cooking for approximately 10 minutes (turning often), prepare a vegetable grilling basket with light cooking spray, add onions, let onions cook in basket on top level of grill until golden, add mushrooms, cook until both are tender. Remove steak and grilled vegetables from the grill. Immediately place a slice of lite swiss on each piece of steak. Let sit for 5 minutes. Serve up 5 oz. steak cutlets w/ melted swiss with onion and mushroom topping. Makes 5 servings. DELICIOUS!
