Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    2 med. avocados
    1-2 fresh mangoes
    2 med. tomatoes
    1/2 med. sweet yellow onion
    1/2 C chopped fresh Cilantro, stems removed
    20-25 Jalapeno Slices - I use Mt. Olive brand
    1 Tbsp juice from Jalapeno jar
    pinch of salt

Tips

Buy your fresh ingredients from your local farmer's market - it will be a fraction of the cost of getting it from the store.


Directions

Cut the ingredients into small-medium pieces and mix in a large bowl. Add about 1 Tbsp of the juice from the jalapeno jar and a pinch of salt. Stir together and enjoy.
