Introduction
This tiramisu dessert made from Matcha and blueberries has unbeatable antioxidant power. I have mentioned Matcha in my previous recipe as finely ground green tea, which antioxidant potential is several times greater than in blueberries. So, this luscious, fitness, quick and unbaked dessert can help protect the body and mind. Ingredients
-
500 g low fat 0.5 % cream cheese or curd
300 g thick Greek yogurt
1 sachet round lady fingers
2 sachet vanilla sugar
3 - 4 tbsp white cane sugar or honey (or to your taste)
300 g blueberries fresh
1 large banana
1 lime
2 tsp Matcha green tea (best is bio-certified)
½ - 1 tsp Spirulina powder (best is bio-certified)
Fresh mint leaves
Tips
If you do not wish the fitness tiramisu, use the regular cream cheese (or mascarpone) and Greek yogurt with fat or whipped cream
Directions
1. Cover the bottom of a springform of 18 cm in diameter, 6.5 cm in height (or of a similar size) with ladyfingers
2. Sprinkle ladyfingers lightly with lime juice
3. Mix the curd with Greek yogurt, sugar, 2 tbsp lime juice and blueberries (keep 25 blueberries for garnishing), divide the mixture to three parts
4. Combine 1/3 of the mixture with 1 tsp Matcha and Spirulina, spread it on the ladyfingers layer (Spirulina makes this layer darker green than Matcha)
5. Make a layer of sliced bananas
6. Combine the second third of the mixture with 1 tsp Matcha and make a new layer
6. Cover it with a layer of ladyfingers, sprinkle them with lime juice
7. Spread a layer of the last part of white curd mixture
8. Place the tartlet to refrigerator for at least 2 hrs, or overnight, then garnish with fresh mint, blueberries and serve
