Ingredients

    12 oz Venison Steak, sliced in strips
    1/2 onion, chopped
    3 carrots, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
    1 cup broccoli, chopped
    1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
    1/2 cup Chicken Broth, low sodium
    2 tbsp. corn starch
    1 cup Edamame peas, shelled
    8 oz Spaghetti, cooked and drained

Tips

Add your favorite spices to taste.


Directions

Stir fry vegetables in a small amount of chicken broth until crisp tender; remove from pan. Stir fry venison with soy sauce until no longer pink. Add vegetables. Stir together corn starch and chicken broth; add to meat mixture. Cook until thick. Serve over Spaghetti.
