Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups flour
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 cup sour cream (or substitute with flavoured yogurt)
    1 cup cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 cups blueberries ( if you used sour cream)

Directions

Stir together sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Stir in blueberries. Use 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
