    Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped or diced
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, strips or slices
    Raisins, .25 cup, packed
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), .75 cup
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
    Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, 2 oz
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 6 tbsp

Directions
