Ingredients

    2 packs of Yves Veggie Ground.
    1.33 C of frozen corn kernels
    1 (19 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed (or 1 3/4 cups cooked)
    1.5 C restaurant-style salsa
    1/2 large onion
    1 Tbsp taco seasoning
    1 cup light shredded cheese

Directions

Mix Salsa, veggie ground, and taco seasoning.
Spread mix into casserole dish
top with corn, and beans and then cheese
bake @ 375 for 45 mins

Serving Size: 12 servings
