Introduction

Ingredients

    2 c Spinach, fresh
    1 medium Banana
    1 c Blueberries, frozen
    1 Kiwi Fruit with skin, medium
    I Lemon - with peel
    3 inches Cucumber (with peel)
    1 Tbsp Whey Protein Powder Supplement-Vanilla Flavor
    1 medium Carrot
    1 Tbsp Flax Seed
    1 c water and 2 c ice cubes

Tips

I usually drink the whole thing for breakfast on way to work. Delicious, filling and so nutritious. If not drinking same day - peel the lemon - rind creates bitter taste over time.


Directions

Put all ingredients in Vitamix or Blendtec mixer; mix until smooth, drinking consistency (about 2 minutes on high). Add ice or water as desired.
Note: If you do not have high a performance blender - remove peel from lemon & kiwi, and crush flax seed in grinder before adding to mixture.
