Ingredients

    Cake:
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1.5 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2.5 c. rhubarb, diced

    Topping:
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon


Directions

Mix top ingredients first and then add rhubarb. Spread in 9x13 pan, greased and floured. Sprinkle topping on cake before baking. Serve with Cool Whip.
Bake in 350 oven for 35 min.

Serving Size: 9x13 cut into 20 pieces
