Introduction

Ingredients

    1 whole Avocado
    4 T Harris Teeter Medium Thick & Chunky Salsa
    1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan salt

Tips

You can add a little lemon juice to keep it from browning if you are not utilizing it all right away.


Directions

1. Cut the avocado in half, and remove the pit.
2. Carefully scoop out the flesh and put it in a bowl. Take a fork and mash it up.
3. Add salt and salsa. Combine well.

SERVE.

Serving Size: Makes about 2 1/2 cup servings
